Thanks for the link. I've sent emails to Chattanooga area media and also every city's Chamber of Commerce along I-75 to raise awareness. Florida tourist traffic and really most all I-75 traffic from the north central states headed south would choose the more direct and scenic I-3. The negative economic impact on Chattanooga could be significant, never mind the environmental destruction of the western NC mountains. All of east Tennessee should be contacting their representatives about this proposal.
