I'm very sorry to see her leave the race (it's old news at this point, but I've been running around all day and only just found a moment to post about it). I've gotten to talk with both her and her son and they're both cool people. I think she could stand to loosen up a bit on social issues, but so could most Tennessee candidates (including Ford). I do wish she had been able to hang on until the August primary.
