Cheney's Credibility Circles the Drain

From Think Progress (via Pensito Review) comes this little tidbit, which indicates that Dick Cheney is clearly not acquainted with reality. Perhaps all those drugs that are pumped into his system every day (to keep his cold, black heart pumping what for humans would be blood) have clouded his judgement...

In May 2005, Vice President Cheney declared that the insurgency in Iraq was in its "last throes" and predicted "[t]he level of activity that we see today from a military standpoint, I think, will clearly decline." Since that time, violence in Iraq has continued unabated.

Today at the National Press Club, Cheney was asked if he still believed that May 2005 was when the insurgency entered its "last throes." He said he still did.

Just peeking down the rabbit hole to give you a holler and see how you're doing. Question: Why in

God's world don't you run for public office? The ancient Greeks considered holding public ofice one of the sacred duties of citizenship. Just a thought. You'd probably make a great State Representative.

Be well. Check in every little now and then to let the world know how you and Dr. jfred are doing.
