I'm in western New York now and really enjoying the cool weather -- it's in the low 70s during the day and gets down into the 50s at night. After sweating through the Florida heat and humidity for a couple of weeks, this is a refreshing change.
This morning, we took a walk through downtown Batavia. When I was a kid, there was a huge wading pool in the city park, but it's since been replaced with a water park that attracts tons of kids. Here are a couple of boys engaged in an apparent water war.
