Stunning! That looks like the bridge here in Peoria AND the bridge over the TN river in Knoxville, TN. Where is this?
It's the Walnut Street Bridge (an old and now pedestrian-only bridge) here in Chattanooga, TN. You can also see a bit of the Market Street Bridge in the background.
