Friday Creature


I met this incredible cat with amazing brown eyes when we went to visit an artist last week, just a few days after Christmas. The artist was brilliant and talked quietly about his work while letting us peak through the many pieces in his studio. We very much enjoyed our visit and while we were there, this cat fell in love with one of my ankles and would not leave it alone or let go (this second photo is by Emmie):

I miss our cats... for family allergy reasons we can't haven't had cats in the household for seven years now.



We had two cats with wonderful personalities - the lower photo reminds me of Bagheera (his brother was Mowgli).

Uhm, nice kitty. I'm also a bit envious of the "ankle bracelet". The one with fur, not ink, I mean.

Something I should have said nearly two years ago: Gorgeous photo of a gorgeous cat! It's not everyone who can photograph cats.

Thank you!! My general rule is to get down at the cat's level, but in the second photo, that didn't happen. In the first one, moreso...
