While the rest of the county will be honoring maternity today (Oliver Willis is 100% pro-mother), the House Republicans just threw mothers under the bus. Can someone go check their meds?

So, er, what??? Does this mean that the US no longer has a Mother's Day or does it? Oh, what the heck, have the Supreme Court decide it. How bad could that be?
(I made my mom a home-made card this year. Meaning: I played with lots of layers in Photoshop. ;-) )
