How freaky is this?

I was driving north on North Market this afternoon and was sideswiped by another car. It wasn't a scary accident, though there was enough damage to the side of my car to involve the other driver's insurance company. The other driver was pulling out from Manning and didn't see my car, so he basically ran me off of the road.

But here's the freaky part: remember G-Dog's wreck a couple of years ago? Well, guess what? He was driving south on North Market when someone pulled out suddenly from Manning and t-boned his truck.

The Chez 10K family definitely needs to stay away from this intersection from here on out...

Glad no one got hurt. That is freaky, not even close to your neighborhood too. Now if it's the same driver in the other car involved in both wrecks, or his spouse, then I'm gonna really freak out.

Now that would really freak me out too. But no... there's not quite that much synchronicity here...

My first thought is: Thank goodness that's all the damage that happened. {{{{Alice}}}}

My second is: Must be something about that intersection, and then I saw the map. Looks tricky to continue on Manning crossing North Market. I wonder what stats Chattanooga insurance co's have on it.

Glad you walked away with just a scare. It was kind of fun for me to know where Market Street is :-)

Glad you are not hurt!

People get really antsy at that intersection; they see that it is clear one way and just go for it, without looking to the other side.
