For the first time ever, I am at a loss when it comes to a Friday Creature. I've got nothing. So, with apologies to the Modulator, I'm going maverick! For the first friday of the year, I bring you these former creatures, photographed at a seafood market in Istanbul last summer.

I think these shots qualify very nicely!
I love how the fish etc. is laid out so artistically and contrasting so well against that green sheeting. Very striking. And tasty-looking. (I'll bet the Ark's modulator doesn't hear that last one too often! ;-) )
Very tasty! We followed up our visit to the fish market with a lunch at a nearby seafood restaurant.
But where's the cure now that I'm looking at the pictures?
Bad timing on your part, I'd say. Never post pictures of food on an empty stomach. ;-)
