I can still see him weep at the word of JFK's death. As often as he was in my living room, I felt as if he was a family member. May his transition be peaceful, and his next life rich.
Er, I was surprised to recently discover he was still alive. He was interviewed in a 2006 documentary about Enron, which I saw recently. I thought he was ancient when I was a kid. Well, he's 92 now. He's allowed to go off the air permanently.
