Friday Food Photo

So much food, so little time!! It's been a very busy week here at Chez 10K, partly because I've been so inspired to cook lately! I've tried out a few new dishes, and the one that's gone over the best is this stuffed focaccia.

I made my standard pizza crust, cooked up some onion, garlic and bok choy (from out of the back yard garden!), and added some feta, raisins, pine nuts, lemon juice, oregano and pepper. I mixed it all up, and covered half the dough before folding it over:


And then gave it a little bit of a milk rub, sprinkled it with some parmesan, and baked:


It was fantastic. At least, the little bit I ate was delicious. Emmie stole the leftovers (and raved about them the next day!), so I didn't get a second go-round. Oh, well... that just means I'll just have to make another batch! ;-)
