G-Dog and I celebrated the holiday last week by holing up in a cabin in the mountains for the long weekend with some friends. We all brought lots of food, so there was a much cooking going on the whole time, but we did pop out on Saturday for a trip to Mercier's Orchards and through some of the shops in historic Blue Ridge, GA. We found a wonderful spot for lunch there, a fairly new restaurant called Harvest on Main. They've got a fascinating menu and all the food was absolutely fabulous.
