More on GA/TN land water dispute

Facing South has the latest:
"It's unfortunate that Georgia didn't plan accordingly for growth over the past couple of decades, and now is trying to rewrite 200 years of history to address their mistakes."

-- Will Pinkston, a senior adviser to Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen
"Georgia needs to be looking at responsible solutions for how to deal with water and land-use planning, rather than irresponsible land grabs."

-- Tennessee State Senator Andy Berke (D-Chatt)

Isn't it amazing that once again we have a situation where Republican incompetence and mismanagement creates a crisis? And there solution isn't to modify their bad behavior, but to figure out how to steal the means to continue on with their misconduct. Sadly this is the best that the Republican party can be. This kind of stuff is the natural result of conservative philosophies, it always ends badly only fools let them get in charge.
